What's your eNPS, really?
Enter how many people scored you a detractor, a passive or a promoter, and see your Employee Net Promoter Score update live — plus where it lands against published industry benchmarks.
Based on the standard Bain & Company Net Promoter System: 0-6 are detractors, 7-8 are passives, 9-10 are promoters. eNPS = % promoters − % detractors.
Don't have the exact 0-10 breakdown? Three counts — how many were detractors, passives and promoters — are all this needs.
How you compare
—
This is published research, not other Bloomder customers. Consolidated ranges from Gallup, Culture Amp, Leapsome and SHRM data (2022-2025). It's orientation, not a target — your own trend over time matters more than your rank against a sector.
eNPS follows the standard Bain & Company Net Promoter System methodology applied to employees. Industry figures are consolidated ranges from published third-party research, not a benchmark against other Bloomder customers, and quartiles are wide by design — treat them as a rough reference point, not a target. What eNPS means, and how to read it
eNPS asks one question — "How likely are you to recommend this organization as a place to work?" — on a 0-10 scale, then sorts every answer into one of three bands.
Detractors
Actively unhappy. A meaningful share are already looking, and their view spreads inside and outside the company.
Passives
Satisfied but not attached. They won't talk you down, and they won't turn down a better offer either.
Promoters
Genuinely enthusiastic. They refer candidates, defend the company publicly, and stay through rough patches.
There is no universal "good" score: eNPS varies by industry, country and company size, so an absolute number on its own tells you very little. What it's good at is showing direction — is your own score moving up or down — and dispersion between teams. A negative score means detractors outnumber promoters; treat your first measurement as a baseline and judge yourself against it, not against a headline figure someone else published.
